How time flies! It’s been 3 years since I first started MacObsession. Apple has grown from strength to strength, increasing revenue and market share every quarter. The iPhone is a runaway success, which is why I’ve been covering it a lot in my other blog (Mobility Mind).

I have made some changes to MacObsession. Most people won’t notice it. However, if you view this site from a mobile device (like an iPhone or a Treo), it will automatically display a mobile-friendly version. Enjoy!
I do a lot of my shopping online. In fact, most of my electronics purchases are made online. While online stores offer a lot of convenience and choice, sometimes the prices are just about the same as retail stores. Plus, you can’t really bargain online.

Where do you put your hard-earned money? I mean, besides buying new outdoors and emergency preparedness gear. My salary from my day job and most of my online earnings go to my savings account. I used to have current accounts, but not any more. I really don’t have much use for cheques, and most payments can be made online anyway.

It’s been a while since I made any changes to MacObsession. Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve made several updates “under the hood”, for example upgrading to the latest versions of MySQL and WordPress. The final touch is both for cosmetic and performance reasons. I hope the site loads much faster now, and is nicer to look at. Expect a few changes now and then as I tweak and tinker.
We have performed a small upgrade on MacObsession over the weekend. There are many changes “under the hood”, but one of the most obvious ones that you will see is multilingual support.
