iLife '09: iMovie, Garageband new features

iLife ’09 will be available in late January. It will be free with new Macs (as always) and will cost you $79 if you want to buy it. Apple’s new iLife ’09 suite includes improved iMovie and Garageband. New in iMovie ’09:
- expanded timeline view
- video stabilization (removes jitters)
- animated travel maps (geo capabilities)
- dynamic themes (comic book, scrap book, filmstrip)
- advanced drag and drop
- precision editor
New in Garageband ’09:
- brand new user interface
- learn to play a new instrument ( including paid lessons from famous artists at $5 a pop)
- new guitar effects
