iBook and PowerBook Reliability report

Macintouch has released their report on iBook and PowerBook reliability. Over the course of the study, they logged data regarding over 10,000 laptops and have incorporated thousands of comments. The report is very comprehensive, complete with charts and analysis.
iBook G3 models are shown as the most trouble-prone (thanks in part to the much-publicised logic board errors). The good news is, the latest iBook G4s as well as the recent Powerbooks all show an improvement in reliability.
