DTV: Internet TV On Your Mac

You already know that you can download and view videos (music videos and video podcasts) on iTunes. DTV is a bit different : it’s a free, open-source, standards-based platform for internet television and video.
DTV has an intuitive interface that lets users subscribe to channels, watch video, and build a video library. There’s also a back-end publishing software that lets you broadcast full-screen video to thousands of people at virtually no cost.
For now, DTV is Mac-only – a Windows version is reportedly in the works.
